Green Rich Hotel Aso Kumamoto Airport (Artificial hot spring Futamata Yunohana)

The staff are incredible friendly. No English was spoken which isn't an issue but my internet was getting delivered to the hotel so we struggled until we had this for Google translate but the staff really tried to help us. The location was good for us for where we was to meet our tour guide for 3 days but otherwise would be out of the way. The view was nice. The staff rang to pre-book a taxi for us.

Normal small double room, the bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was okay and the onsen was just like a public bath.
